If you do, the bathroom will stop working and we will charge you $50 on your reservation.Time of silence • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, this applies to common areas. If residents experience noise during this time, the police will be called and a courtesy officer will be dispatched.keys • All keys must be returned at Check-out. If not returned, additional charge of $150.Drug Free Housing • Crime/drug free housing. • The use, possession, sale and distribution of marijuana is still a violation of federal law, violation of any federal law will constitute a material violation of this reservation; Engaging in or allowing any conduct that is associated with drug activity will result in an immediate cancellation, with no refund, of this reservation.Tuxedo • Smoking is not allowed inside the Apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony of the apartment. A $125 fee will be charged if you smoke (of any kind) inside the apartment. • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Exterior Amenities, specifically including, but not limited to, any Barbecue area. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the smoking of marijuana (cannabis) within the Apartment or anywhere else within the Community is strictly prohibited.mail delivery • Please do not send any mail or packages to our property.extremely dirty units • Apartments found to have debris strewn across the floor, spoiled meats or food in the refrigerator, stains in the kitchen, stains on furniture, stains on carpets, or extremely dirty bathrooms will be subject to a $200 deep cleaning fee.Damages • Damage to furniture, electrical appliances, decorative items, electrical appliances, electronic appliances, towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets and other items in the apartment, whether due to negligence or intentionally, will be charged at their current replacement value.verify • Late departures will have a charge of $130. Return the key to the place where you originally picked it up.towels • Stained sheets/bath towels will incur a charge of $35 each.maintenance request • Send all requests through airbnb messages. • If you smell a gas leak, vacate your property immediately. If there is a fire, call 911.Cancellation policy • Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to arrival. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.Do not hang anything on the balcony • It is forbidden to display carpets, towels, clothes, sheets or any other object on the windows or exterior balconies. The fine will be $250.kitchen • Every time you use the kitchen, leave everything clean and tidy. Garbage must be thrown out daily. It is not allowed to take kitchen utensils out of the apartment.Trash: • Please, deposit the closed bags inside the garbage can on the stairs of the same floor.***Do not rearrange furniture***
