This is a family residence, ideal for young people who work in Costa del Este. You can walk to Starbucks or Athanasiou cafe and enjoy excellent coffee and exquisite pastries, sitting at sunset while enjoying the warm weather of Panama. We are a few blocks from “El Paseo del Mar”, where you can jog or walk very early in the morning or when leaving your office in the afternoon. If you want to enjoy a romantic night, do not forget to go to the GOBE Fish and Steak House also in Town Center, enjoy its excellent variety of wines, and delicious food. Guest access
The rooms are not very large, which is why we offer desks outside the room, so that guests who wish to work from home can do so more comfortably. Wired for added stability. We aspire that our guests feel comfortable and if they have additional requirements let us know immediately. Behind the building there is a highway, which does not allow absolute silence in the rooms.

This is a shared apartment, where we promote positive communication, inclusion and respect. Buildings in Panama have standards that we must all comply with for the benefit of the community. Appointments must be made to go to the gym and the pool, that allows us to enjoy the social areas without excessive number of people. We organize these appointments for our guests on a weekly basis, if there are changes we make them, there is total flexibility.
